Turkey Pot Pie

Use up your leftovers! You can use as little or as much as you like of each vegetable or just leave it out.

Step 1: peel and chop carrots
Step 2: peel and chop potatoes Step 3: Cover them in cold water and boil until fork tender, but not overly done, they will cook more in the oven


Step 4: chop up some leftover turkey or chicken

Step 5: To your turkey add a jar of gravy and whatever spices you like





Step 6: Drain carrots & potatoes and add them to the mixture





Step 7: Stir in some frozen corn and peas






Step 8: Place in a baking dish and bake at 375 until bubbly







Serve with some biscuits and don't forget to add butter on top!
