Stuffed Manicotti

Step 1: Boil your manicotti noodles until they are almost cooked thru, but still a little stiff. This way they'll be easier to stuff and won't collapse on you.
Step 2: start with sauce. I use a homemade meat sauce, but any jarred sauce will work. add meat if you like.

Step 3: stir in ricotta cheese


Step 4: drain your noodles



Step 5: Put your sauce/ricotta cheese mixture into a bag and cut the tip off.




Step 6: Slice up a block of mozzarella, or you can use string cheese and slice them in half length-wise. Block cheese was on sale and string cheese can be pricey if it's not on sale.





Step 7: Stuff a piece of cheese into each noodle and then fill with the sauce mixture. Whatever is leftover I just squeeze out on top of the noodles.






Step 8: Top with the rest of your sauce and some mozzarella cheese.







step 9: Bake at 375 for 45 mins or until your noodles are cooked thru and sauce is bubbly.








Step 10: EAT IT
