step 1: Use frozen bread dough that you have allowed to thaw in the fridge overnite. let it sit out an hour or 2 before you start cooking, so it will be easier to work with. Stretch the dough out as best you can and lay it on a greased pan.
step 2: Top with sliced pepperoni
Step 3: Top with sausage that you have cooked and sliced
step 4: sprinkle a little garlic salt over top of the whole thing
Step 5: sprinkle with a little parmesan cheese and then put as much mozzerela or provolone on as you can fit without making a huge mess
Step 6: stuff all your filling in good, so you can seal up the sides.

ReplyDeleteI use this dipping seasoning I have that is for dipping bread into. An italian seasoning would work good, not the herb kind, but the kind with garlic and spices in it. You don't have to put anything on top if you don't want to. Try different things till you find one you like.
